We wear many hats here at Touchpoint. Sometimes we’re teachers. Other times, we’re detectives. On this particular occasion, we were Special Operations Forces.
Our mission: save Pueblo City Schools from their current hardware provider.
We first learned of Pueblo and their challenges when their Technology Director reached out to us. They were loving Time and Attendance, but hating their current hardware. Their time was being held hostage.
The hardware they were using was creating all sorts of problems. The company left them on their own for implementation, and made them pay extra for support when they did need it.
However, the problems STILL REMAINED.
Even when the hardware “functioned correctly” there would be updates and issues with software - meaning it would be hit or miss if someone could clock in at all.
Time collection was a constant struggle for both admins and users. And when Pueblo did reach out to their current provider to see what it would take to get rid of these problems, the fix was far too costly.
For Pueblo City Schools, this was the last straw. Remembering Frontline’s recommendation, they scheduled their demo.
And they liked what they saw. Custom, Windows-based devices. Simple, plug and play operation. Direct integration with existing systems, and remote-in support.
That’s a whole lotta good. What’s the catch?
There isn’t one! Even after checking with other districts and hearing what they had to say, the responses were “We’ve been using Frontline and Touchpoint for years!” and “They work very well.”
The proof is in the pudding.
After receiving their demo, it was obvious that Touchpoint was the solution Pueblo City Schools needed from the very start.
When it came down to the final decision time on how they should solve their time collection woes, the choice was clear: upgrade to a solution that saves time and is simple for everyone to use.
